Receive customer’s drawing, quote the price after reviewing.

Arrange production after receive the customer’s PO.

Schedule the delivery according to the PO due date.

Moulding

Make sand mould using the pattern (Resin Sand, Green Sand, )

Smelting and Pouring

Melt the raw material in an intermediate frequency furnace and pour into the sand mould.

Control strictly on the composition of molten iron, temperature and pouring speed.

Grinding

Cut off the runner riser, grind off the burrs.

Machining

Machine the castings on equipment to have it meet the drawing dimension.

Painting

After machining, paint the casting according to the customer’s / drawing’s requirement.

Spray paint, Powder paint

Apply hydro test according to drawing

Inspection

Check the products carefully using all kinds of inspection equipment before delivery.

Delivery

Delivery after packing (Land, Air, Ocean transportation)
